Fuhh Weightlifting today was
INTENCE(cant spell it)!!!! 23groups of 3 ppl, and 25workout stations. 30seconds for each person to workout and it was 2set. GODDAMN it was hard work. Fuck tha workout made at least 5-8ppl puke during our 3min water break and after the workout at least another 3ppl puked and i was so lightheaded i almost passed out 0__0 but other than that….GREAT WORKOUT. speed trainning tommorrow…shit...
today was a pretty good day
i met this chill grl and i was surpised she hugged me(that made my day lol) man after we lik jus said lik 4words to each other, i ws hella blushin and all that and jus lookin at her as she walked away. man i jus wished i wasnt so shy so we had a pretty decent convro. :/ haha oh well.
